A good mental state makes everything else easier. These levels will be generally helpful for most people, but are not a substitute for professional support and advice, which might also come in useful for you. The goal of this module is to help you become a relaxed, positive, capable, resilient person, so anything you do toward this goal can count here.

Get plenty of sleep - regular sleep/wake times are very good for this

Practice critical thinking skills and systemic thinking to ensure your ideas, actions and protocols are optimal

Pure

Practice forgiveness and holistic health
